At this meeting, we’ll discuss your family history, child’s background, and your goals and concerns to strategize a plan of action. A “plan” may include document preparation, organizing and prioritizing your next steps overall, and guiding you through the process.
When you become a client, it’s easy to see where your project is at any time in our process.
If your plan includes documents, we will prepare drafts for your review and send them to you via secure email in 4-6 weeks.
It’s your turn! Please carefully review your documents in 2 weeks to prepare for your Working Meeting. We will contact you to schedule your Working and Execution Meetings.
At this meeting, we will review your drafts together, answer your questions and incorporate your comments and ideas. If applicable, we will also check in on other aspects of your overall plan. Please plan for a 1-2 hour meeting.
It’s time to sign! This is a short meeting where you will sign the documents we’ve created together. We will provide you with funding instructions to complete your plan.
All clients begin in the Consultation & Design Meeting phase, where we learn about your family, your concerns and brainstorm a strategy and plan to capture your goals and your child’s milestones. If we will be preparing documents as a part of your plan, your project will enter the Drafting Phase and continue through the remaining steps. In projects where documents are not necessarily a part of our plan, such as our consulting work or life planning, we will work with you to establish a regular cadence of meetings and other check-in points.
Contact us to set up a time for a consultation. We will reply within 24 hours to schedule a time to discuss the needs of your family and how our team can help.
